Export your memory from Perplexity

Perplexity keeps an editable list of what it remembers about you, viewable directly in settings.

1

Open your memory settings

In Perplexity, go to Settings → Personalize → Manage Memories. You'll see each individual memory it has stored, with the option to delete any of them.

2

Copy what's listed

Copy everything shown there as your portable profile.

Perplexity's help center confirms the Memory feature and its Settings → Personalize → Manage Memories location. We couldn't find a way to import memory into Perplexity from elsewhere, so this is an export-only guide for now.

Import memory into Gemini

Google built an official, dedicated tool for this — it accepts either a pasted memory summary or a full exported chat-history file.

1

Open Gemini's import page

Google built a page specifically for bringing your context in from another AI service.

2

Paste your profile, or upload your chat export

Paste your already-formatted memory profile directly, or — uniquely among the services we cover — upload a full .zip chat-history export instead. Gemini will process either.
