Claude has an official, dedicated import tool built for exactly this — paste in a memory profile from anywhere and it does the rest.

Step 2 — Paste your memory profile
Paste your already-formatted memory profile into the import box and confirm. Claude parses it and stores the extracted facts as individual memory entries — this can take a little while to fully take effect.
