Export your memory from Copilot

Microsoft's consumer Copilot lets you ask it directly what it remembers, or review everything in one settings page.

1

Ask Copilot directly, or open its memory settings

The simplest way: just ask Copilot "What do you know about me?" in a normal chat. For the full editable list, sign in with your personal Microsoft account, open your profile, and go to Memory → Personalization and memory.

2

Copy what it tells you

Copy Copilot's response (or the settings list) as your portable profile.

We couldn't find a way to import memory into Copilot from elsewhere, so this is an export-only guide for now.

Import memory into Gemini

Google built an official, dedicated tool for this — it accepts either a pasted memory summary or a full exported chat-history file.

1

Open Gemini's import page

Google built a page specifically for bringing your context in from another AI service.

2

Paste your profile, or upload your chat export

Paste your already-formatted memory profile directly, or — uniquely among the services we cover — upload a full .zip chat-history export instead. Gemini will process either.
